Tracy Moyer travels the world over to help her clients create the specific look they are after. Raised backstage in a dressing room because her mother was a professional dancer, Tracy has always been a part of creating beauty. She studied at the Horst institute in Minneapolis, MN (the creator of Aveda) where the approach to beauty is holistic and healthy.

Tracy opened her first salon in 1985 where she excelled as a hair coloring specialist. Her clients included Kim Cattrall and Courtney Cox.  In 1990, Tracy toured Germany with the Spontaneous Combustion Ballet Company as their key makeup artist.  A year later she continued her career by moving to Paris and finding work as a makeup and hair design artist with her work appearing in Paris Vogue, Marie Claire, Esquire (UK) and Mademoiselle.

Tracy joined Celestine in 1993 and has since thrived with the variety of work that Los Angeles has to offer.  Her work has been featured in advertisements for Lacoste, Nordstrom, Esprit, Anne Klein, Target and Guess? Jeans.  Her editorial clients include Vogue, Elle, Glamour, GQ and In Style.

Tracy is still one of the rare and valuable artists that possess an equal proficiency with both hair & makeup.  Her fresh and friendly approach towards her work has made her a highly sought out artist for over 16 yrs.
