Shane Paish is Australia's biggest success story. Now painting the faces of Hollywood...from supermodels to superstars...Shane is making everyone's favorite celebrities look fabulous.

Shane's life has been turned upside down since he left Australia for New York City ten years ago. His incredible career started in Sydney, Australia where his talent was noticed very quickly after achieving what no other makeup artist had ever done before, clocking up six consecutive covers for Australian Vogue in the first six months of becoming a makeup artist.

It was two years later, with all the ambition in the world, that Shane left Australia for New York. His first dream, once hitting the ground in NYC, was to work with his hero, markup artist Kevyn Aucoin. Shane's dream came true just three months later when he began working with world-renowned Kevyn Aucoin on fashion shows in New York and Paris.

It wasn't long before Shane got a taste of Hollywood when he assisted Kevyn on the movie Studio 54. Then, upon Kevyn's recommendation, he was contracted to create the sophisticated, glamorous look for the character Rene Russo played in The Thomas Crown Affair. Rene was so impressed by his work that she signed him up for her next three movies, Rocky and Bullwinkle, Showtime and Big Trouble.

Over the last five years, Shane has been working with Charlize Theron on all of her films including The Italian Job, Head in the Clouds, HBO's The Life and Death of Peter Sellers and most recently the sci-fi action adventure film Aeon Flux. He is the only person she calls for all her red carpet looks that the world's press has printed. His philosophy has always been to use makeup as a piece of jewelry that is always effortless and polished, always thinking what women want to not only look like, but feel, he wants his clients looking like "them".

Shane has highlighted the cheekbones of some of the best-known faces in fashion, including Cindy Crawford, Helena Christensen, Linda Evangelista, Shalom Harlow, Amber Valetta and Kate Moss. He has also created new looks for some of Hollywood's most famous celebrities such as Cate Blanchett, Cameron Diaz, Lucy Liu, Rene Russo, Mariah Carey, Charlize Theron, Jessica Simpson, Scarlette Johansson, Mischa Barton, Jessica Alba, Brittany Murphy, Fergie, Lindsay Lohan and Drew Barrymore.

One of the busiest times for Shane is before and after the Academy Awards, with the press wanting to know how he created his looks on the red carpet. Shane has gained notoriety for being way ahead of the next makeup trend. After award events his managers are inundated with phone calls from various magazines and individuals wanting to know what products he used and how they can create the look.

Shane's latest accolade to his amazing career came when he was asked to be contracted to one of the most prestigious makeup companies in the world, Christian Dior. His job title says it all, "global makeup and beauty expert for Dior".

Shane has worked his magic for advertising campaigns such as Dior's fragrance J'adore with Charlize Theron, Chanel No. 5, L'Oreal with Milla Jovovich and Charlize Theron, Maybelline and Ralph Lauren to name a few.

It is Shane's ability to move easily from one field of makeup to another that has forged his strength and it's this that keeps him far ahead of his field. His extraordinary scope and direction fuels his career and urges it forward constantly. Just ten years since leaving Australia, Shane is now one of the world's highest paid and most well respected makeup artists. The secret to Shane's success? It's simple...he truly make women look astoundingly beautiful.
